What belongs on this page

• Included: articles and case comments published in law journals and periodicals; chapters and annotations in books and commentaries; papers read at conferences and seminars; lectures delivered at universities, law schools and bar bodies; teaching and continuing legal education sessions; and written comments submitted in a public consultation on proposed legislation.
• Not included: anything describing a matter in which the firm or an advocate of the firm was engaged, any account of the result of a proceeding, any client or third-party endorsement, and any material that would go beyond the particulars a website may carry under the Bar Council of India Rules.
• Verification: each entry names the publication or the forum and the year so that it can be checked at source. Where a title has changed between submission and publication, the published title is the one recorded.
